Face-to-face group
Some local organsiations and service providers offer face-to-face courses. Ask your local Maternal Child and Family Health Nurse, local Early Parenting Centre or family service providers if they know of any locally.

Face-to-face small group is “Understanding your Baby” 8 sessions
Session1 Topic: Understanding your baby: Helping you think about how you and baby are feeling
Session 2 Topic: Understanding your baby's brain development and communications
Session 3 Topic: Understanding your baby's communication; crying
Session 4 Topic: Understanding your baby's rhythms and developing healthy sleep pattern
Session 5 Topic: Understanding your baby; Feeding/Eating
Session 6 Topic: Understanding your baby: Play
Session 7 Topic: Understanding your baby: Being Separate from your baby
Session 8 Topic: Understanding your baby: Review and moving forward

Cancellation policy
For parent groups we understand the unpredictable nature of life, so if you need to postpone we will get you into the next groups that works for you. If you need to cancel you will be refunded, however, a 10% administration fee will be deducted from your refund.
